Amanda Walla

Speech Pathologist CPSP Ba Sp Path Hons

Amanda Walla is a Speech Pathologist with 20 years’ experience, working with both paediatrics and adults. Amanda graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2001 with Ba Speech Pathology (Hons). Having worked in Australia and the UK across public and private settings, including community health, rehabilitation centres and both metropolitan and rural hospitals. Amanda has also worked within the University Sector to develop the next generation of Speech Pathologists.  

Amanda is a committed and dedicated Speech Pathologist, focused on delivering evidenced based and family centred practice that is collaborative and focused. With 20 years of clinical practice, Amanda possesses a wide range of experience supporting children with a range of communicating and feeding difficulties. Amanda’s areas of special interest, include paediatric feeding, paediatric speech and language disorders, trauma informed care and delivering culturally safe care.

Heather Scott

Physiotherapist BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy

Heather is passionate about helping her clients reach their potential and fulfil their goals; whilst respecting their choices and culture. Heather graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree of Physiotherapy in 1996 and qualified as a level 3 clinical Pilates(equipment) instructor in 2014. Her extensive knowledge of “normal” movement and development mean these two areas of expertise provide a solid platform for assessment and treatment of both children and adults. 

Her qualifications, over 20 years of Paediatric Physiotherapy experience and working within a multidisciplinary team allow her to provide clients with a holistic approach to their NDIS needs. 

Heather’s specialist interest includes Paediatrics, neurological rehab and working in the community setting, where clients feel at ease and at home. She is dedicated to maintaining her professional development skills and updates her practice as supported by the latest evidence.
